Description
The playground at Szabadság Square is located in the heart of Budapest, in front of the southern wing of the former Stock Exchange Palace. Since its reopening in April 2024, it has become one of the city's most modern and popular playgrounds. The renovation focused on climate-conscious design and accessibility. The playground area expanded to nearly 900 square meters, with four new trees planted to enhance the green space. Children can enjoy exciting play structures, such as a castle with an integrated slide and various movement-development equipment. Shade is provided by sail canopies and trees, ensuring a safe outdoor play environment. The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants and cafés, allowing parents to relax comfortably while watching their children. Its central location makes it easily accessible by public transport.
